Again not all students require a connection to the internet but for those who do you may need a phone line installed and connected. If you are planning on having an internet connection then you are most likely planning on sharing it between everyone in the house.
Broadband connection can come from as little as twenty pounds a month, which can work out very cheap when split between several people.
