According to the NatWest, students studying in England would be less likely to enter education next year, when the proposed tuition fee hike gets into play.
The students most worried were from the North East of the UK.
The government is charging £3,000 to students each year for tuition. However, it is at the moment desperately trying to convey the fact that the fees do not need to be paid up front.
Students from poorer backgrounds will be able to get bursaries.
